The crew that did the work the very next day (excellent turn around time!!!) was prompt and efficient, and very nice. Not to mention the phenomenal job they did! They used hand tools and were very gentle on our new sod, leaving our yard clean and our grass in great shape! We will definitely be returning to Heath Outdoor for our future landscaping needs! Over the years I've suffered through, itinerant cowboys with chain saws, and tank drivers with bucket loaders doing yard work.  Frankly, I wasn't looking forward to this fix.  Our small 26-year old front yard had begun to look like a British Golf Course.  Sink holes and high spots had developed to the point where the mower couldn't handle it any more.   I had anticipated a complete re-do of the entire front yard...  
WOW - was I surprised by how little needed to be done to actually fix the problem.  Brandon has a keen eye and a surgeon's ability to do only disturb the bad parts and leave the good parts un-touched.  The result, in this case, was only a small portion of the yard was affected with amazing results.

"Light fixture fell apart the next day and sparked. Turned off the fuse box switch. Called ERI immediately. Could not return back due to another job. Were scheduled to come back in two weeks after another commercial job at beginning of December. Called back and left several messages to determine status of return visit after the beginning of December date was missed. Nothing. The contractor is a good guy but the Security issue with the back porch light out made me extremely nervous every night and I quickly sought out another contractor to fix the work after the beginning of December date was missed. I understand we are all busy this time of year but a call back with an explanation would have been appreciated."

"We showed him what we had and told him that we wanted a complete change. He provided complete design pictures and quotes for the work. We discussed options and made very few changes to the original design. Work was approved and scheduled. Demo was quick and efficient. Bed prep was good. Plants were acquired and installed per design. Included two small trees and a variety of shrubs that were appropriate for the house design. Rerouting of roof-gutters was discussed and completed. Mulch was installed and the beds look GREAT!

"Very prompt at responding to call, evaluation of the situation and beginning and finishing the job.I particularly appreciated his getting it done as last summer I had contacted the person who did the original paving work - he gave me an estimate then kept changing the date to do the work because he was busy with other jobs - he never got around to my job. It was great to have someone attentive to my job even though it was not a big one. I decided to find someone else and found YardExpressions through the Stone Co......and felt confident in hiring him after I read the reviews on Angie's List.Michael and his crew were pleasant,  polite and kept me abreast of what they were doing, showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner as scheduled with no delays, and cleaned up after. The steps look nice and appear very sound.Michael has done other much larger jobs in my neighborhood and they are "works of art" admired by all the neighbors.The price was a bit higher than I expected but Michael explained and in all honesty, the quote from the original company was higher . Gave me suggestions on rmaintenance.  Overall a very good experience.
