The estimator clearly pointed out the issues readily noticeable and once upon the roof, identified others likely to occur. First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. There were visible signs of tile shifting and material breakdown at the peak which needed to be replaced. Henry Forrest and his team did an amazing job! After several quotes and hard sales this company's rep took the time to explain details of the install; the pros and cons of the types of roofing and answered my questions in a precise and exceptional manner. They are honest and though it is not a one day your done, due to their small team the time taken proved their value as expressed by inspectors as "extremely well done", giving me peace of mind.
