"Just purchased our home in Stafford, VA and even though we passed the home inspection, we still were told to have our downspouts repair sooner, then later; to keep the water off of a small part of the roof, that could cause warping or rotting. After going on Angi list I was linked to Centeno Roofing, and believe me I was not disappointed. Santos was Professional in his demeanor and very respectful of our needs. Santos had his crew out to our home within hours, and the professionalism that Santos had bored, was even more evident in his crew! they wanted to see what had to be down, and then they tackled the job with enthusiasm and vigor! The quality of work was great! I could not ask for better! My wife loved them! As they did not damage her flower garden! Their Customer Service, was top notched. Value of Work for the money was great, especially in a pinch! I would definitely refer Centeno Roofing to all of my friends, neighbors, and family members! Thumbs-up! As it was a Job Well Done! "We were very happy with the work performed on our exterior trim. Seth responded quickly to our request for an estimate, and then provided a fair estimate within two days. Work began soon thereafter, as materials had to be ordered. We are very satisfied with the finished work. After the work was completed, Seth walked around the house with us to ensure that all of the problem areas had been fixed, and they were. The work required 3 days for completion, and our yard was cleaned up well at the end of each work day. I highly recommend this company."

"Quoted 1 price then pricing rises due to wood shortage beyond my control. Been trying to contact via phone and text about a leaking drain spout which was put on in 2 pieces vice 1 single piece which he sad they would replace due to the leak in the middle of the drain where pieces are connected, in addition to leaving old sod due to the digging and saying that it would be removed and seeding wherever the wood damaged the grass..none of these things were taken care of by them. When it came time to paint the path cover to match the siding he brought paint pallets I picked out the color in the pallet and it was 100% a different color. I took a piece of the siding to McCormick paint which they should have done and had to pay to get another 2 five gallons of paint.. I have been trying to reach Camilo via text and call to address the issues in addition they were to do an insection 2 months after and I'm getting no response. Its sad because the patio cover is quite nice but the lack of response is terrible."

"I contacted Ferguson Home Improvements to come out and help me get my house ready for sale.  The owner was fabulous and had a very attention to detail approach to fixing the walls and nail pops in the ceilings.  They left the house in pristine condition and everything looked brand new, it made me think twice about wanting to sell the house now that it is in such perfect condition.  He also hung some ceiling fans to replace the old ones.  When I move into my new home I will have Ferguson Home Improvements back to help me with my new projects what ever they are.  They are by far the best home improvement company I have ever dealt with.
