"Were quick to schedule the initial inspection. Then went above and beyond to get the repair done before the next round of rain came in. Would definitely recommend this company."

"Roofworx came out quickly and installed the shingle roof with a fair price."

"REPLACED LEAKING TAR/GRAVEL ROOF WITH SHINGLES, DID GOOD JOB JUST IN TIME FOR SECOND ROUND OF RAIN AND ROOF STOOD UP WELL TO THAT SECOND ROUND."

"Exceptional experience! Platinum Roofing & Retro-Fit exceeded our expectations with their prompt response and efficient repair work. The project manager was proactive in addressing all our concerns and kept us informed throughout the process. Our roof is now sturdy and secure, thanks to their expertise. 5 STARS!!"

"Straight Line Roofing & Construction did an outstanding job fixing a roof leak for us! Kyle responded to our call promptly and professionaly. He was very easy to work with from the initial inspection to the finished repair. He went above and beyond with pictures showing where the repair was needed, went into our attic to inspect everything and even came back, after the repair, to clean our gutters that were overflowing. We were leaving on vacation and they made sure to get the major repair done before we left. Outstanding service and quality workmanship—we highly recommend them!"

"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. Thank you, Tony and team!"

"The first time the leak was worked on, there was never a good test of the repair because the rain stopped. When it resumed raining hard, in December 2016 and January 2017, the roof started to leak again in the same location. I called the same person I had dealt with for the prior work, and received promises but no action. Everyone who looked at the roof said they saw no problem, but it continued to leak. After 6-8 weeks of inspections, delays, changed appointments, and ongoing leaking, I contacted the office manager and got fast response and good service. Ramon spent time in the attic even though the leaky area was a long way from the attic access entry point, and difficult to get to. He followed the stains from the water from its outside entry point to where it was entering our living space, and determined what needed to be done to really fix the leak. Once he did that (which they had not done during the prior work), the repair itself was quick and easy, and it has rained hard since the repair with no ongoing leakage into our living space. I don't know if we paid for work that wasn't really needed in the first attempt to fix this leak, but I was happy that the warranty on the original work covered this work, and satisfied overall. Lesson to self: call the office first!"

"My roof was leaking around the fireplace and my gutters needed replacing but I was hesitant to hire someone as I didn’t know who was reputable. I noticed my neighbor who had roofers repairing the area around his fireplace and I got his roofers names. His roofer was Jorge Maldonado (415) 424-1274. Jorge does roofs (replacement and repair), deck repairs, siding repairs, fencing repairs and exterior painting. I had him check my roof and he patched up the area around the fireplace, explaining what he was doing each step of the way. He also sealed all the roof vent pipes. I also had him replace my rain gutters and he disposed of the old ones. I was happy when Jorge said that my roof did not need replacement at this time, that it was good for about 5 more years. Jorge and his crew did an excellent job. Jorge explained each step of the way and was clear on the price. The workers arrived on time, worked efficiently together getting the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. After Jorge did my roof, another neighbor had him do partial rain gutter replacement for her home. I was really pleased with the job he did and plan to contact him when my roof needs replacing or my side fences. Recommend him to anyone who wants an excellent worker!"
