"During the storm season, when my roof was leaking, I reached out to many roofing companies. RoofWorx was able to send someone out right away and be the first to arrive on the scene. Jacob sent a confirmation text with eta. When the other companies came, they went on top of the roof and gave different approaches and causes of leaks, but Jacob (from Roofworx) (not Jake from State Farm) was the only one who went inside the attic and literally found and showed me pictures of leaks along with a long-term approach to fixing the problem. Although they could not repair it during the rain, they had guys come out and temporarily tarp the roof, and they were keeping in contact with me to update. I had him inspect my parents roof to get his opinion. Good job, Jacob."

"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. "This is my 2nd review for Straight Line Roofing and Construction. We recently had them out to assess our home for dry rot repairs. Our Project Manager, Phil, gave us an honest assessment of the boards that needed repair or replacement, and also pointed out areas we could treat and paint so that dry rot would not occur there in the future. He noticed the gutter overflow problem on the side of our house and recommended gutter guards and a new downspout installation to better accommodate heavy rain. Several crews came out and did the repairs. Brandon, Jorge, and Taylor did the gutter work, with Tony and Mike handling the dry rot repairs. Each crew showed up on time, did a great job on their respective tasks, and cleaned up the area when finished. This is why I am a repeat customer, because I know Straight Line will complete the job as promised."
