I made a call & within a couple of days Nate came & explained what needed to be done. He promptly set up the repair appointment to be done the next week. "Every time it rains, I am reminded of how thankful I am that I decided to have my basement waterproofed. My home was built in 1924. So, it is a fixer-upper for sure. Anytime it rained (a hard torrential rain), my basement would flood. I would have to pump out 2 to 2 1/2 inches of water. I originally had a door-to-door salesperson from EverDry who came to offer free inspections to everyone in the neighborhood. The price that I was quoted was very reasonable. The entire process took about 4 days, I believe. All of the workers were very polite and cleaned up any mess after the work was done. A sump pump (which required a new electrical outlet) was added, along with something called an EZ Breathe system (for my basement) was also added. I was very pleased with the work that was done. Now, every time it has rained, I am thankful that I spent the necessary money needed to upgrade and future-proof my home. Thank you so much, Everdry! H Whitney"

"A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Not only will you have contact with a personal sales/estimator, but he will purposively move mountains to ensure your small job is taken care of in a timely manner. After estimate is completed within 24 hours, you will have the opportunity to forget to follow up, but dont worry, another admin will call you to schedule the appointment that you forgot to make…literally for the next day. After work is completed to your satisfaction, you will receive your bill to easily pay online (who does that?). After it falling to the bottom of your email for a few weeks, you will be politely reminded. Not only was it easy to pay, they didnt even charge me extra for my laziness. Cant recommend this company to anyone, unless you of course want an actual great experience with a contractor. "
