"Every time it rains, I am reminded of how thankful I am that I decided to have my basement waterproofed. My home was built in 1924. So, it is a fixer-upper for sure. Anytime it rained (a hard torrential rain), my basement would flood. I would have to pump out 2 to 2 1/2 inches of water. I originally had a door-to-door salesperson from EverDry who came to offer free inspections to everyone in the neighborhood. The price that I was quoted was very reasonable. The entire process took about 4 days, I believe. All of the workers were very polite and cleaned up any mess after the work was done. A sump pump (which required a new electrical outlet) was added, along with something called an EZ Breathe system (for my basement) was also added. I was very pleased with the work that was done. "Crossroads poly lift crew drilled into my ductwork twice. I had to hire a third party to jack hammer my concrete to remove and replace the pipe. This cost twice as much as original work. I now have a third company putting in foundation piers. This third company has shown me voids where Crossroads failed to poly lift the foundation. Thus, they did not fulfill the work contract. I am considering legal action against Crossroads."
