Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

He was right on time, did exactly what he said, and with Carlos, they carried out the extremely heavy old sink, but didn’t mention anything about how heavy it was. (I knew because my brother told me). The new sink is installed and everything works great and looks great. I couldn’t be more pleased. Also they were very pleasant, polite."
