I called several based on their Angies List reviews. John answered my call, and gave me an approximate time when he could be here. He called later to give me an update on his arrival time. Upon arrival, John proceeded to diagnose the problem. He provided me the pricing in advance. He spent quite a bit of time diagnosing, pointing out some other things, tightening up some other connections, etc. He found the problem and fixed the wiring in the box, and explained to me what was wrong.
