"My AC went out one afternoon and I called Surgi's the next morning. They came out later that day and replaced a capacitor. They didn't have the part on hand but the repairman drove across town to pick up a replacement part. That fixed the problem although a few weeks later it went out again and the same person had to come out again to replace the compressor fan motor. In both cases they were very responsive and came the same day I called them. The service person was nice and explained everything clearly. I had to ask them to waive the charge for the service call the second time (which they agreed to do). Looking at the price for the parts online, the mark-up seemed a little steep, but considering how quickly they came out and that they didn't charge separately for labor, I was very satisfied.

"Called at 9 AM and and Jeff and Tony arrived at a little after 10 AM.  This was a DIRTY job.  Both were professional and knowledgeable about how to proceed (and neither of them asked who was responsible for this catastrophe)---They spent about and hour and a half here and  ran cable via a clean out that was located in a difficult spot to access to an area of pipe that was not easy to reach.  Thank goodness it worked.  To top it off, as I was preparing to suit up in CDC worthy protective gear to clean the bathroom, Jeff actually made sure that the shower stall was cleared of debris---What a guy!  I would definitely recommend them.

"I had contacted 2 companies prior to calling Harold's to get prices for a video inspection. After talking to a young lady named Julie at Harold's, we decided to ask Harold's to come out for the inspection. When you call a company for a service, it's nice to have someone answering the phones that is extremely knowledgeable of your services and can answer all your questions ( Harold's has that). Harold came to do the inspection with a helper. He was very thorough and explained everything he was finding. The bad news was, it was going to be a very big job to fix our problems. We received our estimate and decided to go with Harold's Plumbing. Every time I called with questions it did not matter which young lady answered the phone they all had answers to my questions and kept us updated. The day the tunneling began there was a crew of 2 diggers and 2 pump truck drivers. They worked very hard everyday they were here and I never saw any of them take a lunch break. This crew was very polite, professional and were very helpful when I asked a question. After the tunneling was complete, the plumbing crew came. This group of 3 was also very professional and knowledgeable. One of the plumbers had worked on the tunneling also. This crew also worked all day and never saw them leave for lunch or stop for breaks. They had to replace all of the sewer lines and some water lines. Once they were finished, I asked several questions which were all answered. It was nice to hear that all the leaks were gone. The last crew was Gator Sand Pumping a crew of several with 2 trucks. Another very polite, professional group. They also worked all day. The job is now complete. All the crews did a great job of not damaging any bushes and minimal to our lawn, which we expected due to the amount of rain we had been having. We would highly recommend this company to any one for a small job or large one like ours. It was a pleasure to work with such a nice group of people that made it easier to get through such a stressful time."

"Great experience working with Jacob, listening to the issue, quickly diagnosing and confirming what work needed to be performed to resolve both the clogged drain and leaky piping underneath the sink and explaining the process all along. He promptly cleared the line using the hydro-jet and replaced the galvanized piping with PVC including the install of a new cleanout valve. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work area not leaving a mess which is appreciated. The price was reasonable considering the circumstances and he was very efficient. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have another plumbing issue and would recommend them for plumbing services."

"I used Al Bourgeois Plumbing to perform a Pre-Purchase inspection of my home before buying in Sept 2015. They did a great job inspecting and informing me of the health of the house's plumping; including main drain video and small issues within the home. When I was ready for them to come back for some small repairs, they were great. They showed up within the scheduled window, with a pre-call to inform me they were heading my way and would be there within 20 mins. Brad came in and was very professional as we walked through what I needed done. He tuned up the Master Bath shower faucets that were leaking, as well as an outdoor hose bib that leaked at the handle T. He was able to simply replace some worn internals (seats, rings, or something), and noted that the hardware was fine, and that replacing the worn parts was MUCH more cost effective than new faucets and that they were healthy and would work fine for a quiet a while longer. He was professional, cleaned up the job site well, and did a great job over all. They'll be my first plumbing call from now on.

"We had our kitchen sink drain clog before Christmas with a house full of guests. Big Easy came out the same afternoon, on a Saturday and mechanically cleared the clog. He chose not to charge the after hours surcharge, which was nice of them.
I had used them a couple of months prior to clear a clogged toilet - my 4y old had dropped a toy car in a month before, and it finally became a problem. He couldn't clear it on the first visit and the larger machine was unavailable. He did fix a leak in the kitchen sink trap, however. He came out again the next day with the machine and a helper. They cleared it by pushing the toy to the street. The total charge was $140. They were courteous and professional.

"Overall excellent service. Were on site within an hour of a Sunday 9:30 AM call. Quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and explained the source and how to prevent it from happening again. Extremely professional, quick, and articulate service man (Armand). Hard to think of any way a main house sewer connection block at 9 AM on Sunday could have gone any better.
