He was done in about two hours. When I asked about the video of the inspection as previously described, the technician told me that the video was and quot;live onlyand quot;, and not recorded, but that a few screen-shots had been saved and that those could be emailed to me as well as the electronic report. <br /> <br />Although the quoted damper repair cost was high, I was willing to pay extra to have the damper problem solved and finished, and further asked when that could be accomplished. I was told that the office would call me back that afternoon. Since I did not receive a call as promised, I called the office and was told they would call me the next day. After another failed effort to get an answer, we gave up and rode out the holidays without resolution. <br /> <br />We never received the promised email or estimate of when they could effect the repair. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Work for poison ivy was very punctual, and he met me on the weekend, since that is the only time I'm in the mountains. He was accommodating for my schedule, and the poison ivy was no longer a problem. It was getting on my dogs, and then onto me, so I knew the problem was solved when it stopped getting on me. There was a delay in getting the deck built just because he was backed up with work over the summer, but he told me that right up front. He then contacted me when he had time coming available, and the work was done exactly when he said it would be, and right on budget."

"They did the cool decking for us ten years ago so that when we walk around the pool, it is not hot on the feet. When they repaired it, they had to take out a brick, re-mortar and re-cool deck. They do a good job. If you are not happy with it then they will come and fix it. Plus, they are probably the only pool people in town that really care. We have not had issues since the last service was provided. What happened was that the cool decking on one spot and the bricks were coming loose so they came out and looked at it and replaced the brick, the mortar and the cool decking in one area. Everything is good now. I do not know what it should cost to do all that they did but their price seemed worth it to me."
