"Bob is awesome. We first had him completely re-do one of our bathrooms in 2013. He tiled the shower and floor, everything new. He did the job for a fair price and his workmanship was flawless. Since then we have had him do another bathroom in 2015 and most recently the kitchen in 2019. He also comes to do smaller jobs, both in our home and at my husband's office. He is punctual, ethical, economical, and creative. He is a good communicator from beginning to end. Later this year we plan to have him build a new deck with a retaining wall."

After evaluating the project, he suggested saving the lumber and fixing the joists instead of scrapping the existing materials. I have since hired him to build a 60-foot fence, do plumbing in my house, and help me solve an irrigation issue. All of these projects went smoothly and cost-effectively. "Overall our experience was fine until the end. They left several issues with our remodeled bathroom that we had to pay other professionals to redo. Unprofessional and messy at the end. We had to pay someone to repaint our ceiling and bedroom walls after they used the wrong paint color (I gave them the exact paint color) and you could see the difference in shades because they left it half covered. We also had to have a plumber come fix the hot water pressure in the brand new sink, the brand new toilet handle, repair the brand-new sink leak and other technical issues that shouldn't happen with a NEW remodel. Overall they did fine, but when you pay an exorbitant amount everything should be left in working order and pristine. I would not use their services again, and was disappointed by the way they left things."
