He provided an update as needed everyday or when requested. They repected the House Rules and cleaned up daily in my condo and in the common area.. You won't find better service or quality. Friday afternoon I received and acceptable bid. Saturday the contract was signed. Sunday a confirmation call was received. Monday the work was done. Tuesday remaining materials were picked up. The experience was efficient, clean and professional ."

The job was done in less than 2 weeks, Communication was great, they cared about the backyard and plants and we are so happy itâ s all ready just before summer. Highly recommended!!"

"Bob is awesome. We first had him completely re-do one of our bathrooms in 2013. He tiled the shower and floor, everything new. He did the job for a fair price and his workmanship was flawless. Since then we have had him do another bathroom in 2015 and most recently the kitchen in 2019. He also comes to do smaller jobs, both in our home and at my husband's office. He is punctual, ethical, economical, and creative. He is a good communicator from beginning to end. Later this year we plan to have him build a new deck with a retaining wall."

"We hired Thomas to demolish and replace an existing deck and patio. We are so pleased with the outcome as it has truly expanded our living space during the Covid lockdown. He and his crew were professional and courteous and their workmanship is excellent. Highly recommend!"

"Very dependable, careful,, and well designed. I love our new deck!"

"Dana was the foreman on a major remodeling project on our property. We added a guest cottage which involved excavating over 100 ft.³ of hillside, foundation, as well as construction. He also remodeled the main house extensively from a concrete pour to new roof, electrical flooring, fine carpentry and everything in between. Throughout the 2- year project, Dana was attentive to detail, honest, mindful of the budget and schedule, and collaborative on creating solutions. He is such a kind hearted person, and was a pleasure to have around the home. I canâ t say enough good things about String Theory Construction!"
