Get matched with top major renovation multiple room pros in Lake Forest, IL

"We've needed a major staircase upgrade for years and got Caesar and his crew to do it. As we decided on this we mentioned our half bathroom on the main level. He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. The workmanship is top notch and all the men in the crew are very personable. Caesar not only listens, but he readily ask you questions as to your input on how things be done to your liking. The stairs and powder room turned out beautiful. We've already told Caesar that his services for another project will be needed in the fall."

"Paul was fantastic to work with. Responsive, prompt and thorough. He answered questions directly and without delay and made good design suggestions along the way. I'd work with Paul and his team again without hesitation. Can't recommend them enough."

"The team at Quintessential Renovations Inc. did a fantastic job replacing the cabinets in my kitchen! I could not be happier! Highly recommend them! They had the best customer service, all of their workers were friendly, clean, on time, and highly respectful. They did all of the correct prep work on the job and they really respected my home and belongings. They used great drop cloths and covered everything! They did almost all of the work in just two days and the entire project was completed in less than a week. Their estimate was right on the money and they worked so hard to keep things right where I needed them to be financially. They came up with creative solutions to my storage needs, designed some cool new corner cabinets, and gave me the greatest deal on the top of the line countertops that I just rave about! Everyone who came into my house was well spoken, super polite, and efficient and knowledgeable. Huge shout out to Nick Lyons and his whole team at Lyons Cabinetry Solutions and to Alex Jensen, the wonderful General Contractor who helped modernize my kitchen. Everything about dealing with them was a pleasure. Their communication was top notch."

"Marc was great as far as communication, responsiveness, and making suggestions. Mike, who was the one who worked on the renovations, did a great job on our cabinets, repairing numerous holes in our dry wall, painting, installing lights and appliances, and generally making sure we got what we wanted! Highly recommend!"

"Ed and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. What I love the most was how clean they left the house when they were finished. Our floors look amazing and they removed the half wall that separated the rooms as well."

"Our experience with AP Builder was great. Angelo was very knowledgeable and professional, keeping us informed every step of the way. This was a big important project for our home and I am extremely happy with how it came out! The cost was very reasonable and there were no surprises, everything was open and honest. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you AP!"

"We were very happy with the final sunroom renovation. They were helpful in suggesting where to look for floor selection. They completed the job ahead of schedule. My neighbor commented on how hard working the crew was. Very easy to work with."

"I have been in and out of a lot of new construction in Lake County, and the work stands out. The finishes are a real step above what you usually see, and the trim, cabinetry and tile were all clean and well executed. What impressed me most is that the house was fully custom, so nothing was pulled off a standard plan. Every detail had to be decided and built from scratch, and it still came out cohesive and thought through. The team was easy to deal with, responsive when questions came up, and they kept the job moving. If your are thinking about building custom in this area, It is highly suggested you to reach out to Icon Building Group."

"Mr. McGowean was prompt, courteous, professional and his work is exemplary. He demanded perfection and promptness from his subcontractors, and they happily complied. It was a pleasure to work with him and he is coming back to redo my master bath. He also did the powder room and tile the backsplash in the kitchen. Everything looks beautiful. He is AMAZING!"
