"William was here when he said he would be and got the roof shoveled off and re-shingled in good time. The new roof looks great. He and his crew were polite and well mannered."

"Justin and his team did a great job on my floors. He was very communicative when the color I wanted wasn’t in stock. I ultimately liked the second color he suggested more."

"Kevin put together a proposal to install seamless gutters. We have a two story home, so Kevin was more than happy to separate each section/story of the house with the price, and presented different options for screens or toppers. We are surrounded by lots of tall maples, so leaves/seeds are definitely a concern for us, especially on the second story where gutter cleaning is more difficult. In the days following, I spoke with Kevin at length on the phone about the different screen/topper options, and I felt he really wanted to provide the best solution for the lowest cost possible (i.e. I never felt like he was trying to "sell us"). We decided on open gutters for the first story (easier to clean the first story gutters) and LeafX toppers for the second story. We can always add screens or toppers later if we think they are needed.
Install: Kevin scheduled the install date. Installer(s) arrived as agreed and finished the install on time. No construction debris left behind. Rained that night (true story). Nice quality job...gutters and downspouts appear solidly installed and work great. No more water ponding on our flower beds or pouring off the roof at the front door.

"They prioritized the job due to the extent of damage. Came out in a timely manner. Wor took 2 days. Popped a circuit I had to pay to replace. Need to make sure they pull any needed permits prior to job. Easy to get hold of for information and questions. Friendly. Sent pictures of work as it progressed. Looks good Good quality materials."

"Installation of 2 windows and front door went very smoothly and on schedule. Roland will soon be installing the back door also. Great work."

"It went great, nice friendly and respectful people… they built decks for me and remodeled my bathroom and kitchen… would highly recommend.. they were willing to work with me on the things I really didn’t understand and me feel that he respected my money as if he were spending his own money,"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"They were very professional and worked with us in every aspect. Used a concrete septic tank instead of fiberglass which is what we wanted."

"Went well tiles are installed and they look good."

"Absolutely great! Cliff, Dana, and their crew were dependable, careful, courteous, cleaned up the construction site every evening. We will be hiring them for another project this spring."
