The point being they helped me rather than take the project…which BTW they were more than willing to do. The honesty and professionalism was such a bonus given the way the world can be. I can’t say enough positive things about this company. You won’t loose if you choose them."

"Marvin came out when he said he would, and provided an estimate on the spot. He was very nice, and had many good suggestions. In addition to fixing the walk and patio, there were some small areas on the garage that required mortar repair. He agreed to fix it all. I received three quotes total from various contractors, and his price was the highest. I felt the most comfortable with his knowledge of what was required, and ultimately decided to use them anyway. Once we agreed upon what would be done, he gave me a date, and they showed up exactly as promised. Much of the work was done, however, they did not clean up, nor did they complete everything. Once I received the invoice, I inquired as to when the rest of the work would be completed. Within 2 weeks, they were out, completed the work, and did an excellent job of leaving the areas clean. Martin apologized that all of the work had not been completed originally, and was there to make sure it was all completed satisfactorily in the end. Two small areas that they had originally worked on were repaired, and all work was completed. Although everything did not go perfectly, he did a great job of making sure it was all done right once it was brought to his attention. He and the crew were friendly and respectful, and very hard workers. I have done enough home repairs to know that things don't always go as expected, but I could not have been happier with his response and commitment to make sure it was all right in the end."

Eventually August was when it was repaired. This is ok because other than severly heavy rain, the roof didn't leak. Also our area was hit recently by bad flooding so I know they were busy. But they came out and got the roof replaced in that half day and it looks great!

"I hired F7 to fix my about-to-fall-down cedar fence. I didn’t want to replace it; I liked the weathered look and the only thing rotten was the 20+ year old posts. The same team that estimated my project performed the work, which I liked a lot. They did a great job with minimal damage to my yard (if any). They were creative in maximizing reuse of the original boards, and only replaced what was necessary with new materials. They were friendly and offered great communication. I would hire them again."
