The existing ones were too difficult for a transfer chair to navigate. The carpenter was very meticulous and came back three times. "We chose Design One to remodel our small galley kitchen after meeting with them and seeing their reviews. Initially, they presented as organized and professional. I wish we had asked more questions upfront. The quality of work was poor, especially drywall and basic carpentry skills. The average time spent was 10 hours/week. When they started work, all needed materials were in, yet it took over 7 weeks to complete. Requests for a schedule were evaded. There is no crew it is Rich, and occasionally Linda to assist. Very poor time management at the customer expense. Their lack of transparency regarding certain paperwork was troubling. What should have been a rewarding project became a large disappointment."
