"A pleasure to work with! We had one single tile that had fallen off the corner of the roof and needed it repaired. When they ran a little behind the day of appointment, Catherine called well in advance to let me know that they would be 15 mins late. How great is that! Upon inspection of the site, they noticed some underlying problem that should be addressed at some point. I was not financially able to address at this point in time, and rather than pressure me into it as many companies do, they went ahead and did just what I needed for now which was primarily cosmetic. I will DEFINITELY use them down the road to complete the larger repair."

Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything.
