"Sam from clear view roofing offered me a repair that helped stop my leak. Im a senior citizen and he helped me with an affordable fix that solved my problem. Thanks Sam and CLEARVIEW!"

"They did a great job from start to finish of our flat metal roof repair project! Highly Recommend these guys!"

"David and his crew were amazing! They tackled our roof repair project with skill and precision. Could not be happier with the outcome. Thanks, Essential Builders!"

"Because I needed only a repair after a tree limb damaged the roof, many roofers either would not bid or I would have to wait for any repair. Universal did the repairs over several days by sending over crews after they had finished a prior job. Worked out well."

"Outstanding work from the initial estimate to the final cleanup and inspection. Eric (owner) was fully engaged from start to finish, quick to answer my (neverending) text messages or calls. Not only improved the look of the house by putting on the new roof, improved it by taking the extra time to do the little things right. That's what makes his company worth considering. All the damaged 1x8 pieces were replaced under the contract, no additional $$$ for those. Well worth slightly higher price vs another lower estimate that didn't include all that replacement labor and materials; he replaced upwards of 100 board feet of wood. The people he has working for him are really conscientious. When they say they'll start at 7:30, they arrive at 7:20, and begin work right on time."

"After the large windstorm we had here in Lancaster, CA my roof suffered some major wind damage. I called them and they set me up with someone to quote us for the job. The price seemed fair and once I had signed the contract they scheduled the repair for the end of the week. The work was done well, and the employees were very professional. I was pleased with their punctuality, and the fact that they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Western Pacific Roofing Corp. to all my friends and family. my rof."
