The work was done incredibly fast, with multiple teams working at the same time (electricians on one floor, plumbers downstairs, and paint and flooring done in parallel). All in all they are professionals and will tell you what's best so you don't have to research everything and explain pros&cons. The communication is stellar - accessible by phone/email and will show up when asked, with clear updates on progress and next steps. The final bill was exactly per quote - because they SAVED ME MONEY, and then I got to invest in quality parts/projects. After the project was done, they were responsive and came out same day for follow-ups and little touch-ups. These guys have been doing this for a long time and it shows.
