During the assessment he gave us some advice for how and where to run the supply lines to the future brand-new shower unit.  Once agreed on all the work to be done, he moved ahead with the work. He was tidy, cleaned-up after the work was done, and went around to every fixture in the house to ensure all the air was out of the water lines, no leaks where the repairs were made, and took his tools outside and finished writing the bill. <br /> Before we settled on payment, he checked his work again and made sure everything was good. He reminded me of the warranty on their work and offered to come back out if there were a problem. <br /> My only complaint - and it's a small one - was the price, even with the A.L. 15% discount. It's been a while since I last hired a plumber, so I had a bit of sticker shock. However, the value, service, prompt response time, and professionalism I received made it all worth it. They have secured my business for the next plumbing-related call. <br /> Thank you George."

We had called or regular company and other plumbers/services and all “took a message” or flat out said they were not available. Sunday morning I decided to try one more time. I didn’t know the source of the water so we weren’t doing laundry or dishes. Rob arrived and quickly located the source of the water and repaired the problem. We were expecting to pay $$$ because it was a Sunday emergency call.
