"Thank you, Cesar and team, for such a wonderful experience from our initial meeting through the final walk-through! I originally met with Cesar to discuss remodeling our mudroom and laundry room. After our first conversation, the scope quickly grew into a much larger project that included a complete mudroom remodel, creating a new laundry room, updating our powder room, replacing carpet in two rooms with hardwood flooring, and refinishing all of the hardwood floors on our first floor. Were there a few hiccups along the way? Of course—every renovation has them. What truly stood out was how Cesar and his team handled every challenge. They addressed issues quickly, communicated openly, and always kept us informed of the plan moving forward. Their responsiveness and commitment to doing the job right gave us confidence throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to making more changes to our home with Cesar and Top Bros team!"

"Paul was great! Always on time and finished the work in a timely fashion. Nice clean-up when they were finished . He helped us brain storm through problems as we did our condo renovation. For us he removed a wall between kitchen and dining room, relocated and replaced electrical, renovated a bathroom, installed floor, painted , added lighting. We plan to have him back for phase 2 of renovations."

"Alex and the team at Quintessential Renovations are great! When we were trying to get our bathroom remodeled we received multiple quotes. We chose Alex and his team because not only was Alex knowledgable but he was willing to work with us to get our design down for such a small space while others were quick to say no. They were also efficient, valued our time and were considerate about cleanliness. Now we only trust Quintessential Renovations for all our projects and will continue to recommend them to other families."

"Our experience with AP Builder was great. Angelo was very knowledgeable and professional, keeping us informed every step of the way. This was a big important project for our home and I am extremely happy with how it came out! The cost was very reasonable and there were no surprises, everything was open and honest. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you AP!"

"Great work. They are wonderful at what they do"

"We hired this builder for a renovation of our home and were extremely happy with the experience. They were knowledgeable, dependable, and easy to communicate with throughout the project. The workmanship was excellent, and we really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took with our home. Everything came together beautifully, and the finished space was exactly what we had hoped for. I would absolutely recommend them for a home renovation."

"Tim and his crew were amazing to work with. Tim's approach was to have us very involved from the start. He believes in a collaborative approach. Tim had previously built a family room addition for us, so it only seemed natural to contact him for our next project. We had our kitchen remodeled and our basement. The craftsmanship was better than expected. The crews were ALWAYS onsite when they were scheduled. Tim was very communicative and we were very pleased with the outcome. We would DEFINITELY recommend Creative Building Solutions to anyone."

"We received multiple estimates, and decided to go with DesignFirst Builders for numerous reasons. Promptness, Showroom, the amount of different types of cabinets, counters, tiles, flooring and more. They also had numerous prices and quality from low to high depending on the cost of the addition to which build. From the start to finish of the project we dealt with multiple architects, designer's and project managers. Anytime we called or left a voice message we were contacted within the hour. Lastly I want to give a shout out to our project manager, ( Rick Divito ). Rick went above and beyond from the begining to the finish of our addition to make sure everything was perfect. If you want your project to be perfect I highly recommend using Designfirst Builders. They are the best !"

"Castro’s Remodeling was a dream come true to work with! They completed our bathroom remodel ahead of schedule and it exceeded our expectations in every way! I cannot recommend Castro’s remodeling enough for any of your home project needs!"

"We recently completed a full gut renovation with a second-story addition with Villa Builders, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Despite the complexity of essentially rebuilding the home while adding an entirely new level, their team maintained clear communication, stayed transparent on budget and timelines, and handled any unexpected challenges with professionalism and practical solutions. The quality of workmanship is outstanding—the addition blends seamlessly with the original structure, and the finishes throughout the home reflect true attention to detail. They also did an excellent job reimagining the layout to improve flow, natural light, and overall functionality. The end result feels like a brand-new custom home, and we would highly recommend Villa Builders to anyone considering a major renovation or addition."
