I'm a network Field tech for a major company in the Knoxville area. My availability is a little irregular, but I accommodate my customers as much as possible. I use this business to support my family and try to provide the best life for them. I have a degree in electrical engineering, a degree in computer programming, and my A+ certification. I have almost fifteen years of professional computer repair and networking experience. I worked for geek squad for over five years doing appliance repair. I also grew up fairly poor, so I can fix almost anything. I'm not going to rip you off, because I know what that feels like. Give me shot and your won't be disappointed.

GLA Services is Knoxville's premiere handyman/home repair service who is also a licensed electrician. We will bill the job upon completion and payment is expected at that time. We currently accept cash, check and credit cards. We are working to be able to offer financing in the near future. We do offer free estimates however, if you are needing a written estimate for an insurance claim we will charge a service call fee.

"The two young men that came to fix my dryer more prompt, polite, knowledgeable and they did the repair quickly and efficiently. I have had other companies out for the same repair that couldn't figure out how to fix it and these two diagnosed it fix it very quickly. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"I was under the impression 2-3 guys would be coming to do the work for 4 hours. 1 guy came and moved my items to another location but didn t stack or organize very well and ran out of room to move everything. He worked 2 hours but charged me for 4. He was very nice and got there on time."
