But it took 2 or 3 days due to him showing up later in day and working late into evening whereas a crew would have been done in one day. Overall, outstanding work at a reasonable price and would hire again but only for small scale projects since he works by himself."

"Overall, it went well. RoofMD worked with my insurance company to get the best results. The work was scheduled and some quickly. There were a few small problems that happened (exposed nail heads, vent pipes knocked loose). These shouldn't have happened but they did. However, they corrected the problems immediately when brought to their attention. Even 2 years after the work was done, I had a section of ridge caps come off due to poor fastening by the workers. RoofMD sent a crew out the next day to repair the roof. A+customer service."

"Mr Stone came out a second time to take measurements, etc. and said he would call me with a quote.  I waited a couple of weeks and heard nothing.  Called them back and asked why I hadn't heard from anyone and was told they were trying to get pricing to repair my current cover.  Waited a couple more weeks and called them again.  Mr. Stone came back out on July 31st and took additional measurements or something, I wasn't home at the time but my neighbor told me he had been here, but I have still not heard not gotten a quote, phone call or any word from the company.

"Job went well the only thing was that the guy that came out with contract basically had me fill out the contract and then I asked him what day they would be out and he said Monday or Tuesday and I said when y’all know for sure let me know that way I can have things moved and dog put up. Well Monday they showed up without letting me know. Other than those 2 things I am happy with the job done.
