"I have called Losacco, for two jobs now. The first, back in July, Marc installed a new 50A 240V service to the electric stove replacing my old propane cooktop. He diagnosed the issue as the A phase in my breaker box was dropping out. He called SDG&E and told them to check the line. Turns out, the transformer on the pole nearest me was outputting a fluctuating voltage. SDG&E swapped the transformer, and I don't have to replace anything. Total Win!
