"I’m a plumbing contractor and friends out of the area finally decided on a reptile after their 3rd slab leak. I hadn’t worked with Repipe 1 but had heard quite good things about them. I recommended my friend at least get an estimate. The estimate was $5,000 for a complete repipe of a 4 bed, 3 full bath, 2500+ sf home with two water heaters at opposite ends of the large, single story high end home. I suggested he accept the proposal. Repipe 1 replaced every outside hose bib, every “angle stop” (shut off valve under sinks and toilets), patched every hole they made in the drywall and volor matched the paint perfectly. My company could NOT have don’t the job any better or cheaper. They were there and gone in 2 full days. You would never had known they just did a full repipe. The old pipes was 100% replaced right up to the tub and shower fixtures. Not “stub” of old pipe left anywhere. This was 10 years ago and my friend couldn’t be happier. Never a problem with any of their work. They specialize in one thing, repiping homes. They have it down right. The only reason I writing this review is because we were discussing it today, 10 years later these forums weren’t as available as they are today."

"Plumber that was sent said needed new valve. Came out with valve, so I thought, turns out it was actually a cartridge for the valve. Wanted to charge me for 3 hours labor. One hour was spent putting in 2 screws....Didn't fix the problem and expected to be paid 3 hours labor. This is a big rip-off. Also send apprentices to do the job. I believe in on job training, but i shouldn't be paying for it. They reduced the bill by $140, but still the problem is not resolved and I am out the time and money. I would suggest finding another plumbing company that doesn't try to run up the bill by wasting time and who know what they are doing."
