The individual provider that came seemed like he has been doing it for many years, kind of no-nonsense, friendly and seemed like he wasn't overcharging us. He came, did his work and did it well. Our carpets are old, but I think he did his best; it still kind of look a little dirty, but it might just be that the carpet is really old."
