During final phase, he came back to hydrojet and rod the entire sewer system out to the city line, provided additional repairs to broken waters lines and gaps in the concrete floor. In the end, Tim did a major repair digging out our front yard to access and repair the sewer line. The majority of the smell has dissipated and, for the first time, I have some peace of mind."

They diagnosed the issue quickly the day after we discovered it, they provided a very fair quote and were transparent how it could change depending on how far the break was from the house foundation, and after working with the village to pull the permit, they were out here on a Tuesday (first came out Friday) and finished the job in 3-4 hours. The work looks amazing and I am assured I should not run into any issues in the future...even if I do, it is under warranty.
