NO CALL BACK, after two pumps.</p> <p>Dick Joyce tech, called back immediately, and showed up on a Sunday night in the rain. He needed the wench to retrieve a wire that was shorting out from, Steve Young's faulty workmanship (sloppy wiring, and they use PVC vs. metal tubes)</p> <p>The service guy from Dick Joyce was quick to say these things can happen, but I am here to say I do not recommend Steve Young on Quality, or Service, or Trustworthiness especially after thousands of dollars spent, and the answering service, and service guys all admitted Steve Young is never around on the weekend because he is at the beach. "Leaving for work one day I entered the garage to find that the hot water tank had started leaking. I did a quick search on Angi's list and found good reviews for GW Plumbing. By 11 that morning he had someone at my house to replace the pump. I was concerned I was going to be without water for the weekend and REALLY appreciated their SUPER FAST response. After the install the service man wrote the invoice and while I thought it was a little high I was just glad to have it done quickly and I could get back to my life. About a week later I got a letter from GW Plumbing with a check from them. They had found a math error on the invoice and WITHOUT me prompting them sent me a refund for the correction. WOW!!!! I was sooo impressed!"

"Evans is a small, family owned business. They take care of their customers. They called me back after normal 9-5 hours to try and schedule a time to come out the next day. They came out just as promised and after checking out the issue, it was determined that it wasn't a switch or valve issue, ect., but needed the pump removed and replaced. They left and were back a few hours later with the new pump and had it installed that afternoon. These are the guys you want to call!"

"Clear Water Products & Services Inc was very responsive to my requests for information and quotes. I got a call the same or next day after requesting a quote to discuss the issue with our well. They did not push me to replace our entire system, keep the cost down by re-using what was working and re-drilling the well. Once we decided to move forward with the quote, they were out within the week to do the work and finished in less than a day. We haven't had any problems since and our system is working great. Everyone who came out was very professional and courteous. I requested quotes from two other companies, and none of them even bothered to call me back."

I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
