They were thorough in reviewing the job and covered the job in detail including the need to bring my lanai up to current building codes by adding cables to brace the structure with plus as a standard of this type of service they also replace the screen door latches and pistons, something I hadn't thought of. </p> <p>They started and completed the job in exactly the time frame and dates they told me they would. It rained on two of the three days they were on the job and still completed the job right on time. They left with no signs that they had ever been there, I had to do nothing to clean up behind them. </p> <p>The quality of the work was excellent and they were wonderful to work with. "All went very well.  Water was coming into my bathroom from my window over the weekend and I needed somebody that day to come and fix it.  He agreed to coming over after he got through with the job he was working on, but said it would be late.  He didn't get here at his estimated time-frame, but did call me to let me know.  When he arrived, he went right to work on the issue and was done within an hour.  It rained the next several days, but no water into my bathroom.  He was super good. <br />"
