The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."

"The whole thing was kind of confusing with how it worked.  Originally they came in for a repair and then I had to replace a part of the roof.  They wanted to throw in a whole bunch of stuff.  The work they did was good.  I was just confused how the deal really worked.  The price was more than I thought it would be.  I don’t think that they value was that great.  Their responsiveness was very good.  They didn’t show up a few times because of the weather issues."
