"I hired AAA Lead Pros to do the mold remediation in my basement. Within an hour of my initial call someone came out to give me an estimate and mold assessment report. Initially, I was not happy to find they charged for the estimate. Once I received the quote back that quickly changed. Lead Pros are extremely well priced. I’m talking a third of what their competitors attempted to charge me. They were also willing deduct the cost of the estimate off the final price of the job. I hired them on the spot after receiving the quote and they were on the job site within a week. As for the work itself, I could not be more satisfied. The supervisor was friendly and willing to ease the concerns of both myself and the tenants by answering an onslaught of our questions. Once the walls and floors started being torn down it became clear to them that to do the job correctly far more material would need to be removed than what was initially agreed upon. This was done at no additional cost to me which made it clear in my mind that they are dedicated to getting the job done correctly without trying to take advantage of their customers. The mold killing agent that was used was a green product so it was not necessary to vacate the premise during the time the work was going on. All contaminated materials were removed and hauled off site. Anything which could not be removed (structural support beams) were treated and encapsulated. They also used an air scrubber which was left running for 24 hours straight to ensure any disturbed mold spores would not further contaminate the air and job site. After the job was concluded I felt compelled to tip them for their great service. They wouldn’t even accept the tip! This is why I felt personally obligated to leave them this positive review. I am normally very skeptical of contractors so it is refreshing to find an outfit like this with integrity. They will absolutely be getting my business again should the need ever arise."

"Montclair township has a requirement for landlords to perform a visual lead paint inspection on a regular basis. Christian did this work for me, walking through my apartments and letting me know what spots needed to be touched up with paint. Then he provides a certificate to send to the town. Christian is communicative, reliable, prompt, and professional. He turned the certificate around really fast, too. I can’t recommend him more highly to anyone who needs environmental inspections in their home."

"I hired GR Tech LLC to remove asbestos from our basement pipes. An appointment was set up for Greg, the owner, to come, inspect what needed to be done, and provide an estimate. He showed up at the appointed time, and was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was also very reassuring (I was in a panic about how much asbestos there was and how this was all going to work!). The estimate seemed reasonable (it was higher than another estimate I'd received, but after reading the other reviews for this company, I decided to go with him) and a date was set up to do the work. Greg and his team (2 other gentlemen) showed up at the appointed time and worked tirelessly for 7 hours straight. The work was first rate and the basement looked exactly as it had before they had come (less the asbestos!!!). They made the whole process painless! These guys knew what they were doing and I would have no hesitation recommending GR Tech to anyone that needs to have asbestos removed from their home."

"I've been in my home over 12 years so things tend to need work. RMR is the first contractor who provided a detailed explanation of what work was to be completed, time estimate, cost and how payment was to be made. It was a contract to be signed my myself and the owner, Wayne. A copy of the insurance certificate was also provided without my having to ask for it. The work was performed in a timely manner. All work was based around my schedule not the contractors schedule. The basement was cleared of all affected areas. The area was completely cleaned of any and all debris related to this job. I can walk in the basement now without the smell of something rotten, mold. I was very impressed with the work ethic of Presley and one other man whose name I cannot remember. RMR was very personable and easy to work with. I would give this company an A+. You won't go wrong hiring this company to handle any mold issues you might have."

"My tenant contacted me with concerns about mold on the ceiling and windows of their bathroom. This stemmed from a leak in the roof a few months earlier. I contacted Mike and he scheduled to take a look within that same week. He examined the bathroom, the other rooms in the house and the attic. He said that his product would eliminate the mold without having to rip up all the sheet rock, etc. We scheduled a time for him to come back to spray the product and he arrived as promised. It only took him a short time to spray the house and I was surprised how much the mold disappeared that same day. We scheduled a second visit just to make sure the product hit all the mold spores and it seemed to kill all the mold without having to replace the ceilings and walls. Also, he has a guarantee that if I see mold re-surfaced at all they will come and re-mediate.
