"I consulted four different contractors during my process. Cardinal had the most impressive representative come out and the most competitive price. They were a little higher than two of the other contractors, but the input provided by the Cardinal rep was very valuable and saved me from some gotchas later. This being my first house, I was very appreciative of his input. <br /> When I finally accepted their bid, they gave me a few dates when they would come out and do the project. They worked fast and nearly completed the project in a day (my yard is not very big). They gave it one additional day to make sure the project was completed correctly. All of the fencing was custom-built; I have a few hills in the back yard so pre-produced panels were simply not an option. <br /> One special accommodation they provided was that my driveway will eventually be redone (probably next year). Instead of installing the swinging fence over the driveway, they drilled for the posts and installed them. That way, whatever company works on my driveway will be able to use the posts during their construction instead of Cardinal having to drill in new concrete and possibly cause issues later. Cardinal told me they would honor their contract with me once I'm finally ready to install the wooden driveway doors, which was very impressive to me. <br /> It's been a year now and I'm still very happy with my fence. The company followed up with me later and I was very happy with their work. <br />"

"Roger and his team were amazing! A huge wind storm decimated our cedar fence which was 20 years old. Roger had previously replaced a few of the old posts and those held during the storm, but complete panels were down. We worked with Roger to design a custom cedar fence with a prairie style top as well as a swinging driveway gate. The work was scheduled and had to be pushed back a couple of days due to rain. Roger kept us informed along the way. When the crew actually came, it took them two days and the results were gorgeous. They even stayed late to finish on the second day, using headlamps when darkness fell. They cleaned up after themselves. We had one issue which Roger cleared up personally. Our fence is lovely, and we've had many people comment on it. We would HIGHLY recommend Roger and his team to anyone wanting a quality fence!!"

"Roman was fantastic. He contacted me in advance and kept me posted on when he'd be arriving. He took great care removing the old doors and installing the new. He made sure they hung properly. We talked about the other fine woodworking he does and I was just sorry my timber loft isn't built for--or doesn't have the space--for some great wainscoting or crown moulding. I saw the work he does on his Facebook page and I just wish I had another project to give him."

"I needed 17 windows replaced and installed in an apartment unit. I contacted Todor to get an estimate on just the installation since I had already purchased the windows. He gave me a very fair price and we set up a time for him to come out, pick up the windows and install. I also had to coordinate the schedule with my tenant in order for this to happen smoothly so he gave me some possible dates he was able to come by and do the installation weather permitting. This was a 2 day job - the first day, Todor and his crew removed all the existing original windows and installed them. We also discussed making sure all the windows were properly insulated with foam as well as aluminum capping on the outside. During the installation, we found that the 3 of the lintels were badly rusted and needed attention. He explained to me most window installs are done incorrectly and that typically the lintels are covered with aluminum which hold the water and accelerates the rust process since there's no where for the water to go. He was able to repair the lintels for a reasonable cost and said they were still in decent shape and didn't need to be replaced. Everything else went as planned. The windows look and work great. My tenant was very complimentary about his professionalism and cleanliness and I am happy with the final product. I worked with Todor last year on my own house and have nothing but excellent things to say about him. He is honest, knowledgable, easy to work with and takes pride in his work. I would most definitely recommend Todor and his crew for exterior work. I have already gotten an estimate from him to perform siding work and plan to start that project in the fall. <br />"
