I so appreciated that they came in on Saturday, which was the same day we noticed our fridge not cooling either the freezer or the fridge. The fee for coming to check it out to analyze the problem and give an estimate of the cost is waived if you let them fix your issue. "Frankie came back today & tried to clear a blockage in our refrigerator's evaporator coil. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to do so but spent at least 2 hours of work trying. All he charged us was his $50 call fee. He also advised us that we should replace the fridge. We were very impressed with his honesty and would highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs."
