"He did a basic repair on the fence. The fence had about 5 areas that needed repair and he only repaired one area. I thought the deal meant that he would take care of all of the repairs. The repairs needed were very basic. I was put off by the fact that they repeatedly tried to sell me a new fence."

"Although they were very late the first time, they did fix the gate and gave some observations on the overall condition.  Also, on the phone, they were very helpful in discussing what might be the issue and how to solve it.  The price was fair, so the initial experience was positive.  However, the gate did malfuction again (not sure if this was their fault as it could just be that something new had gone wrong--it's not a new gate).  So I called them back, and again they were very helpful, offered to fix it for free or apply the original money to a more lasting fix, which was very decent of them.  He said he would be out that day or the next and would call me.  Unfortunately, no one ever showed up or called.  It's been about a week now and I have tried calling their office--no one has picked up, but I left a message which has not been returned."

"He misrepresented himself as part of the Ochoa Roofing and more, which he is not. He got the fencing done in a timely manner but charged more after he was finished due to under estimation. My husband hired him but when I went to look at finished gate I noticed it wasn't even when the gate closed. Tight as it should be on the top but as it goes down to the bottom the gap for larger. We did not call back to repair."
