"MARIO has a bid a couple of jobs for us. One we did not end up buying the house. The job that he did for us was for a large outside shed. They did a fabulous job! Cleaned up the area. Was very conscious of not throwing concrete all over the place. His prices are very very fair. We have had, a patio put on the back of this house and that company poured their own concrete. They were not so conscientious and got concrete everywhere. I definitely will use MARIO for the additional concrete jobs we have for in the future. "We recently purchased a house that is nearly 50 years old. We contacted Honesty Foundation and they came out to look at our house. Joe and his daughter arrived on time and were prepared for the job. They made a very accurate drawing of the house perimeter during the evaluation and took measurements of the slab foundation. In the end, Joe told us that there really wasn't any work for them to do. He told us our foundation/slab was in good condition and that it was level. There were small deviations but in his opinion, they didn't warrant any work. We were very impressed with his professionalism and transparency. When it does come time to have our foundation leveled, we will definitely be calling Joe back. He's the real deal!"

"Months before contacting Baird, I had two quotes for this job from companies that do mudjacking (as opposed to polyjacking). Due to complications, I couldn't schedule the repairs. When I followed up, the mudjacking outfits wouldn't return my calls and messages. So I went looking again and discovered Baird.
Baird was very responsive. The quote appointment went well. Kevin as punctual, professional, answered all of my questions, and calculated an estimate on the spot.
When it was time to schedule, I followed up with Chuck. We worked out a date.
The day of the work, Josh asked me about the details to make sure we both understood what was going to happen. He and his crew were polite, diligent, and were done in just a few hours. You can hardly tell they were here.
Every contact at Baird was generous with their time and attention. They each made themselves available for follow-up questions.
The quotes from the mudjacking outfits were less expensive (about $2000 opposed to Baird's $2900), but I couldn't get those guys to respond. In the end, I think the polymer will be a better product (smaller holes in my driveway, lighter and more weather-proof than concrete slurry), so I'm very satisfied overall.

"Very great craftsmanship but had issues with keeping the schedule. It took several times of rescheduling the date due to the contractor not being able to complete a prior job. The work is of professional quality. There is one item that needs to be fixed (patio holds water at the edge and puddles) but the contractor has not arrived at my residence to fix the issue. (Update: Jay arrived and fixed the puddling issue. Water is flowing correctly and no more puddles!)"
