On our initial contact, Zack gave us a date when he could come to our house to replace a pressure reducing valve on our main water supply line.  Before coming to our home, he called to tell us when he would arrive.  He came at the agreed upon time promptly and did the repair work in a courteous, professional way.  He informed us the price of the valve was $100.00.  He charged us $176.50, thus his repair price was $76.50--a very reasonable amount.  On other time, he came to inspect our hot water heater to determine the cause of a previous water tank overflow problem.  He did not submit a bill for that visit.I would highly recommend Zack
