"When I called, they explained why there would be a 1 week delay before they could come out (I expected them to busy after a hard freeze in the mountains).  Showed up a little late (got lost -- I also expected this in the mountains).  Replaced broken pipes in a VERY constricted crawlspace, stayed until I was satisfied that all water outlets in the house worked (had to go back under the house twice to get it right (did I mention it is a VERY tight crawlspace under a VERY old house with a 70+ year history of being worked on by non-licensed plumbers).  I would/will definitely use them again.

"This was a non-emergency plumbing issue and the second time we have called on Ty to help us.. Even tho' it wasn't a serious problem, when I called Ty, he came out right away. This was especially helpful to us as we were scheduled to have the carpets cleaned the next morning and would have had to delay the plumbing repair for several days if he couldn't fix it right away.
Ty had all the parts needed with him and he replaced all the stuff that needed replaced in the toilet. He even found and fixed another problem we didn't even know we had.

"Our master shower had a leak that 3 plumbers couldn’t pinpoint. We gave up and hired Javier to retile the lower portion of the shower that we had ripped out. Not only did he do an excellent job, but he found the original problem - a poorly repaired cracked pipe. He is very professional, responsive, fairly priced, and timely. His team even took the time to mop the little bit of dirt near the front door that was tracked in while they worked. We would definitely use Mr. Tile again in the future."

"The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it. AND, they would not replace it themselves nor do the installation as my contract stated they would."
