"I contacted Brogan Concrete for home project to demo a wooden deck and install a concrete patio. Within 24 hours Todd Brogan called and we set up a day for him to come review the project site and provide an estimate. After the site survey, and listening to my wants, needs and concerns he provided an estimate within 24 hours. Brogan Concrete also did all the permitting with the city. Their estimate was very competitive with other estimates I had to for the job. Within a week of completing the permits the job was started and completed within a week. The Brogan crew were very professional and patient answering all my questions and concerns. Todd also kept me informed every step of the way. Gerald was extremely patient making sure all my questions and concerns about the layout were answered to my satisfaction. Overall I was very pleased with the professionalism and care the Brogan crew displayed. I would highly recommend them."

"Under no circumstances should you hire this company! I paid $7,000 in January 2016 to them to tear out my old cracked driveway, sidewalk, and parking pad, then install new ones. They poured it on a morning when the temp was below freezing, but when I questioned it, I was told there would not be any problems. FOUR weeks later, the driveway cracked down, then horizontal cracks started to appear. I found out from another concrete company it was because they failed to cut a vertical line in the center of the double driveway. When I confronted Terry, he got defensive and refused to take any blame, saying it was not their fault. I should have taken him to Small Claims Court. I still have all the photos of their shoddy work in case you are thinking of hiring this crook!"

"Pics show known result of visqueen left on uncured concrete. With widespread rain predicted, Concrete Solutions cancelled the pour; but showed up anyway at 6am (it was misting). Told me they had visqueen to cover the driveway in case of rain. Just as the brush finish was completed, the rain started & visqueen was put over the uncured concrete & left overnight. Contacted about the pattern, comments made include: never seen the pattern before, we don't guarantee appearance, there?s nothing I can do, and we're not going to replace the concrete (I hadn?t asked). I was repeatedly told the pattern would fade out (after 5 mo., still there). Later, an offer to stain the concrete was made; a temporary fix requiring periodic recoating at my expense. Now, they refuse to do anything. With 40 years experience, shouldn?t they know about visqueen left overnight on uncured concrete? They took the risk, I get to pay them $5500 and live with their mistakes. I don't recommend Concrete Solutions. "
