They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. "We had our main water pipe burst out in the middle of night, and while we lost a lot of water overnight (the bill from the water company hasn't arrived yet), the first one who responded with assistance in less than 24 hours were the guys from Drain Genie Plumbing. John, the owner, sent two plumbers, Adrian and Aaron, who had worked for more than 4 hours until 12:00am (!) and didn't leave before patiently making sure everything was working and in order. "I initially called Roto-Rooter to look at my slow-draining toilet. After looking for the main line access, the technician diagnosed the problem as a septic system issue. I sent a message through Green's website, instead of calling, and received a call from Dominique that afternoon. Over the phone, we tried to diagnose the problem (mainly with the septic pump alarm) to see if a crew really needed to come out. Eventually, it was decided a crew needed to come look at the tank/pump. The crew came the first business day in the morning and pumped the tank. Unfortunately, it was determined the septic system was NOT the issue, but I truly appreciated the efforts of Dominique and his crew. At least I had the tank pumped."
