If he wasn't able to answer my call, he called back within the hour. He finished the project two days early. He answered all my questions throughout the process, and explained everything to me so that I could understand (I am an older widow). There were a couple of problems with my electrical (the house is 80 years old) and with the plumbing. Tyrone showed me the problem and fixed it. There was, of course, a fee for the extra work, but it was reasonable. The overall cost for the remodel was very reasonable. The workers were polite and professional. They worked hard and did a great job. I was very happy with the final product. My kitchen looks amazing! I have had many compliments! I intend to use his company to remodel my laundry room and make it a combo bathroom/laundry! "
