He asked if Monday was ok and I agreed. He came out on Monday with the part and about 45 minutes or so he was done and washer was fixed. Don explained everything, from what he was doing to why it happened. Don also took the time to clean off a section of the washer that wasn't visible to me to avoid a further issue.
