"maintance on my septic tank requires it to be pumped out every 3 years. I called around and got good quote for pump out from All About Septic Service Inc and I made an appointment for 10 am. The lady I spoke to said that they would call when they were on their way. I received call and they could arrive before 10 am and I said ok. The arrived located the lid to my septic tank and pumped it out and hosed down the interior of the tank. put lid back on along with sod on top and as of today you can not tell were they worked on the tank.. They were very knowledgeable and will use then again when the next 3 years is up"

I told them Genesis Plumbing Services did the work and they said, that is an excellent company. Kudos to Ed Hickman for that excellent quality water value installation at hour home. Next, we had an original house toilet from the 1990's go bad and called Genesis Plumbing Services to get it checked and ultimately replaced. Ed said he would take that work order as he was already familiar with us and our house. We were notified by the Genesis office staff that our appointment was on Tuesday and Ed Hickman would do the work. My wife and I were very pleased that Ed was returning to our home to do this work. Ed came in and examined our toilet and explained in detail the problems he found and the potential cost for a replacement. He took the time to explain the details and listen to our questions. It was a reasonable quote, timeframe and we accepted it. Ed was punctual, as always, called before arriving and professional, courteous and always wants to do the job right the first time. He successfully completed the toilet replacement and throughout the replacement process showed us the problems he identified, explained what he was going to do to fix it and did exactly what he said he was going to do. The bottom line is that Ed Hickman did an excellent job replacing our toilet in a timely fashion and cleaned up, so that you would never know he did any work in our bathroom. Ed is an excellent team player working for Genesis Plumbing Services and should be recognized for his efforts. Genesis is an excellent company and we will be contacting them for our future plumbing needs. Keep up the great work!"

"I've used their service three times. The service they provide can't be beat. The first time I used them was after hurricane Irma when my pump head (I think that's what it was called) stopped working and the house started to flood. The septic water was not being sucked out the septic tank into the drain field causing sewage/water to build up and back up into our house. They came out the same day and figured out the problem and since the part I needed would not be available until the next day (Saturday) they pumped out the the septic tank given us the ability to use our water without it flooding for the night since by pumping out the septic tank it would have more space available to store waste. The next day they came out and installed a new pump. Everything worked perfectly thereafter. The second time they came out was because our water was backing up again which was about a year later. We were concerned since we just had the pump fixed. They came out the same day to access the problem; come to find out the switch to the pump had been accidently knocked into the off possition - probably by the lawn guys we hired. So he flipped back the switch and it started pumping and everything was well. We did feel a little silly. But everytime they respond to our calls we learn something new about having a septic tank. (By the way we are first time home buyers.) The next time they came out we had another leak which we later found out had nothing to do with the septic tank and the plumber who came out quickly isolated the problem. This time it was due to a leak in our shower from someone who had recently remolded our bathroom. They didn't even charge us the third time because they never had to dig which was a relief! So this time we got insurance involved and got our bathroom repaired, we needed a new shower pan liner, and now we are hopefully done with leaks. Ooh the joys of buying a new/old house. I am very grateful for Rooter One they are the best!!! I will always hire them for my plumbing needs and septic pump out. Love Love ❤️ their team."
