It is now bright, open, functional, and beautiful, with blue cabinetry, quartz countertops and backsplash, a large island, updated lighting, new appliances, and much better flow. One of the most impressive parts of the project was what they did with the original brick arches. Before the remodel, the arches were only visible from the sunroom side; the other side had been covered up. They preserved the arches and exposed them from both sides, turning them into a true architectural feature of the home. Jason also visited the work site most days and we reviewed the work each time. Jason quickly responded to several concerns we had and solved the problems quickly. The job supervisor, Walter, was also did a great job. Like Jason, he was very responsive to our concerns and ensured that the quality of the work met our requirements. Because they know Watergate Landmark so well they were able to help work us thru the regulation process and deal with the quirks of the original kitchen. Lighting is owner Adrian's signature. He chose the under cabinet lighting and set up. I trusted him and he did not disappoint. The first time I turned them on I was with a group of friends. We all gasped as if we had just seen a spectacular magic trip. The cabinet vendor and designer treated us poorly from the get go. Adrian did his best to act as our advocate.
