"This company was great to work with. It was the first time I had wood floors refinished, and Jodi ( I donâ t know her last name ) was always available to answer any questions I had. The crew she sent were professional and the floors look great."

"We contacted District Floor Depot when we were moving into a new house to possibly refinish existing wood floors. Once we (...they!) fully removed the carpets and saw the condition of the floors, we decided to install LVT instead and only refinish the wood staircase. Everyone was very professional and took time to explain things to . me. I had an in-home consultation, and also went into the RI Avenue showroom to choose the flooring. The proposals were very detailed. I would definitely recommend District Floor Depot and would use them again. I wish I could remember everyone's names -- Ella, Enrique, Melvin, and Charo made this an easy and quick process!"

"Wow. They installed my hardwood floor in a day perfectly."

"Luis and team were fantastic. They were very clean (put down paper on all of the floors), professional (on time), and they did an amazing job with the installation. The new wrought iron balusters look great!"

"Randy was very responsive, provided a free estimate for refinishing the wood floor of my home. The crew worked very hard and got the job was done earlier than expected. The price was very reasonable, and Randy suggested only sanding the first floor, while screening the 2nd floor, which saved some money for me. I appreciate the team's excellent work!"

"These guys are amazing! I had a company come in before these guys and quit in the middle of the job because my floors were engineered hardwood and were difficult to sand without damaging the floor.
Madera Floors came in and was not scared to take on the challenge of fixing the first company's work. Madera Floors sanded the floor with precision and care, did amazing edge sanding work, patched all the gaps, and fixed all the blemishes. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They took the extra steps to make sure the job was done right. No shortcuts. I was super impressed by how many tools and different steps were involved in the process, which they could have easily skipped. They came on short notice and helped me fix up my place to sell when other companies were scared of the job. I was super impressed and will go back to Madera Floors again and again for any type of work like this.
Lesson learned: When it comes to refinishing hardwood floors, don't go with a general contractor, go with an expert. I honestly believe no company could have done better.
Worth every penny.
Thanks Javier!!!!!!!

"All services rendered were amazing. Pricing was fair and work preformed was prompted and done with a lot of attention to detail. I will be returning for my next project for my kitchen floor remodeling."

"Great job refinishing hardwood floors. Arrived on time, didn't make a mess and finished quickly."

"Larry did what he said he would do at the price he said, and was a pleasure to work with . We will use him again. His repair work replacing instead of just cutting or plugging pieces is true craftsmanship. He took a little longer to do the job right ,stood by his price, and it all shows in the results. I would not go to anyone except Larry Morris for wood floors. As a separate project after,he put new hardwood in the kitchen and did a great job there as well.
