"Stuart Riensche and his crew did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly, highly recommend this company to anyone. He runs a tight ship. We were soo impressed with the quality of work! Great attention to detail. Such a beautiful job and done on time, on budget without any negative suprises. Can't say enough good things about these guys. And their pricing was very competitive. Stuart got back to us quickly and once we accepted the bid, he scheduled us. The project start date was a couple of months out, and they started right on schedule. Our home hadn't been painted in 15 years ago and was starting to look like it needed to be done again. My husband had used a sprayer and only put on a single coat at the time. When they pressure washed our house, quite a bit of loose paint came off, down to the bare wood. That meant that the primer paint layer that was needed was more extensive than they had planned. They did a great job making sure the bare wood was all primed, and then painted 2 coats of top quality paint. All the lines are crisp and so professional. We realized after they started that we also wanted to have the deck painted, and they were able to do that too, at a very good price. Stuart and his team met and greatly exceeded our expectations! Really great company."

"We had several tasks for Precision Construction and Painting: prep and paint the (saltwater damaged) exterior of our Guemes home; acid wash and apply epoxy coat to the damaged garage concrete floor; power wash the deck; clean the roof and gutters; seal the cedar siding of a new chicken coop; and patch several damaged spots of the homeâ s interior walls. Dmitri and his crew did an exemplary job on all counts, using high-quality Behr paint, and they finished the job earlier than we expected. The price was entirely competitiveâ looking at the finished work, and considering the personable relationship we established with the painting crew while they were here, we would certainly recommend the company to anyone we know or might meet in the Skagit area."

"Dave contacted me quickly when I asked for an estimate, was out within the next day and gave a thorough and honest recommendation on my project. He kept me up-to-date during the repair process and his team did a great job fixing my siding issue as quickly as possible."

"Ryan is the consulate pro.He did our fence, deck railing, stairs and skirting. All of it was done to perfection.I couldn't give a stronger recommendation and will hire for future work.Hr completed the job when he said he would and made sure we were happy."

"I was very happy that I have chosen Near Me Roofing Company for my roof restoration job. The job was done as per quoted with no spills and thrills and now I don't have to worry about a leaking roof. The price was reasonable for the quality of the repairs and fixes completed. Thank you Elijah and the team for the great roof restoration work."
