"I’m thankful Carter Bros was my choice through Angi’s list. The oven portion of my gas range suddenly quit working. Bill came out the same day and was thorough and professional. He was unable to find the source of the failure and said it could be the motherboard and it could fail again and at that point I’ll need to weigh if the cost of replacing that mother board or replacing the 9 year old range makes more sense. I was only charged $199 and he spent over an hour trying to isolate the failure. I appreciate his honesty and not charging me an exorbitant price. I have saved their contact info and will use them whenever I have an appliance failure and will recommend this company to my neighbors and friends."

"Jeremy is AWESOME! My Maytag electric dryer wouldn't turn on. For more than a week, I tried working with another service to get the dryer repaired. They cancelled appointments twice. I found JC Appliance Services on Angi and was impressed by the reviews. Jeremy responded to my voicemail within minutes and carved out time the sane day to look at my dryer. He diagnosed the issue quickly (blown fuse within the dryer) and repaired it quickly...at a price less than half of what the other service quoted. I recommend Jeremy highly. "Great! Ruslan was prompt, professional, courteous and fair pricing. I later learned he is the business owner, so I’m clear I’d receive great service every time. He fixed my microwave quickly (while it was an easy DIY fix, I did not want to risk the shock myself if I didn’t discharge correctly, was glad I left to professional). He also very quickly assessed my fridge issue recommending it was not worth repairing as even a well done job would lead to leaking/floor damage down the line. I really appreciated that he was able to come out same day- also that while I was given a 3 hr window, I got an update when he was on his way and could even track his arrival time via the link he send me. Will definitely call again next time I need help with an appliance! Lastly, the service fee was applied to repair, and was lower than others I had contacted, which I appreciated as I knew I might be on replacement path instead of repair with the fridge!"

"After contacting 10+ roofers and I found that many of them either don't have the time or don't want to do a repair job. Those that did come tried to talk me into a whole new roof or didn't respond back with an estimate as promised. I contacted Home Squad and what a HUGE difference! Mia in the office set up the appointment and was a dream to speak with regarding questions before and after the job. On the day of our inspection Jerry called just prior to our appointed time to advise that he was about 30 minutes away from arriving. What consideration! Our inspection went great.
