"Ronnie Barnes of LDS Renovations came out to Park Ridge on Saturday, Dec 12, examined a broken upper section of a double hung thermo pane window, gave us a detailed explanation of how the window could be fixed, how long it would take, and the cost for him to do the work. We called him later on Saturday and told him to proceed. Two days later, he called to tell us that the glass would be ready soon and that he could complete the repair on Friday, December 18. He and an assistant came out on December 18 as he promised and completed the repair. Not only did he do an excellent job but he also fixed a jam in the lower section of the window."

"The previous owner I bought the house from concealed the rotten windows and the home inspector my realtor recommended did not mention that the windows need to be replaced. 5 years later, water started to come into the house and I learned that not only I need windows, but my house susteined significant damage. I looked for a local company willing not only to replace the windows, but to fix the potential damage as much as possible. Not a same day or 2 days replacement company that will slap the new window in the rotten frame but someone willing to replace a rotten stud or seal. And I found Travis that made me an excellent impresaion- honest, knowledgeable and surprisingly, not pushy. After an initial quote I let it sit for about 2 weeks until I decided and except an email asking me if I have more questions...which I had -about 10 of them lol, he let me decide. In 4 weeks his team was already on site. Now his guys are the best. I had Adam and Rafal installing my windows and oh, my , when they opened the walls I was looking in disbelief at the rotten wood. They were able to replace all that rotten wood including wood studs, top and bottom seal, joists, etc and make the window casing look like new. Most companies either walk away or cover the rot but these guys were absolutely amazing. Every detail was adressed and every concern was answered. And I was not an easy customer because I was over concerned and watched everything they did, asking a bunch of questions. Yeah, that kind of a customer. What can I say. There are a lot of windows companies but these guys standed apart being able to handle this complex and challenging project. Highly recommended, a company that stands apart through the quality of work and professionalism."

"It went extremely well. Being female, many contractors gave me obscenely high quotes and didn't detail out prices (which I requested). Working with John at Best Windows was such a pleasure. He listened to my needs, was candid, honest, and detailed out pricing. Also, he provides the highest quality service for the best price. His team (pleasant & professional) Installed 14 windows. I expected minor issues. And John/team were quick to respond and fixed them immediately. I highly, highly recommend Best Windows."

"This Vendor contacted me within minutes of my request from Home Advisor. The person that called not only explained their various services along with standard prices , she arranged for one of her Service Teams to make the repairs on the same day. The Team was very Ptofessional and knew their job, they completed the repair within an hour and were on their way."

"I have been rehabing my moms home to sell and thing have been REALLY stressful. I had two windows that were cracked that I have been looking to get fixed for more than two months. I have had several window companies tell me it was “impossible’ to replace glass panes in thermo sealed windows. I was quoted $10k for one window replacement 😬 Jon showed up like a miracle! He was extremely responsive to my initial inquiry, was onsite promptly to assess the two cracked windows and noticed another window that had a broken seal. He provided a reasonable repair estimate for the three windows and was back to complete the work within three business days! Jon was a lifesaver, his responsiveness allowed me to get the house listed yesterday ! I am SO grateful for Jon!!! If you have windows that are cracked, call Jon to get them repaired!!!"

"I needed my garbage disposal to be fixed and reached Robert. He was so professional and offered some great advice and troubleshooting prior to coming out. Super honest and helpful. "Recently had a cold draft coming in through the door that was installed in may of 2023, Because of the frigid weather we have been having we were unaware. I called the window guys and they came and fixed the problem. They honored their warranty of parts and labor. I will continue to tell my friends and family its a Company you can trust."

"Kevin was super friendly and knowledgeable when it came to our repair. We had a pocket door that was stuck shut and he was able to open it, do the repair, and even found why it was so creaky and fixed that issue. What I loved most is that he made sure he worked in a clean manner and even tidied up before he left. Will be recommending the handy veteran to my friends, family, and clients."

"The owner came out same day we contacted him and did the repairs right then and there. Erik Went above and beyond and checked our entire roof for any other issues and did those repairs as well. Highly recommend Franos."
