From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. "Had 4 estimates...Titan was the only one to tell me about the repairs I would have to make to install new impact sliders! Which included adding more tiles to my existing floor (luckily I had saved 20 tiles for 20 yrs!) Or that they would have to move the doors onto the concrete block. They were the only ones would told me I could have 2 sliders..both moving. AND they came in with the lowest quote of all 4. Their work was flawless and inspection passed the first time! They cleaned up and took all the trash with them! My sliders are beautiful as well as new cabana door! Charlie and Josh did a great job. I would highly recommend them for all your window and door replacements!"
