"Called Weds morning and David and Kori were there by noon. They hydro jetted the corrugated drainage pipe from the source to the end and then backwards again to remove the obstruction. Free flow of water was quickly restored. They also jetted a second line from the drain site backwards and the return of that one was clear water as well. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Promptness of service, very professional work ethic with great success, and very reasonable cost. Better yet they let this old Do it yourselfer watch and answered all my questions about what was going on. Anyone who needs sewer or other drain lines cleaned or worked on should call Econo Sewer and Drain."

"I have been dealing with sewer smell, sewer back-up, and rats in my basement for many months without much progress after multiple contractors and plumbers. I began the screening process again and found Tim to listen and problem-solve better than any other professional. He expertise really came through at multiple stages of the project. During his camera scope he identified problems not previously picked up. During the repair phase he talked me through the process and was very thorough and organized in his work. During final phase, he came back to hydrojet and rod the entire sewer system out to the city line, provided additional repairs to broken waters lines and gaps in the concrete floor. In the end, Tim did a major repair digging out our front yard to access and repair the sewer line. The majority of the smell has dissipated and, for the first time, I have some peace of mind."

"This was a newly purchased ranch. Able arrived on time the service man could not locate exterior sewage catch but was assisted by another service man who showed up within five minutes. The catch was hidden in the landscaping. Once the exterior catch was located Able removed the blockage and rodded the system. The service representative suggest that the catch be cleaned because it appeared to have mud within two feet of the outflow to street. Able does not do this type of work but provided a company which could clean the catch and the price which it should cost. Able replaced the landscaping. The system works fine and the additional load of outflow from a washing machine is to longer a problem."

Water had also backed up into the laundry room. J & S came the next day, inspected line with camera, and did a rod of the sewer line. The main pipe under the basement foundation was clogged bad; however, J & S opened the line and fixed the problem. The employees (Daniel, Jorge, and Rosalio) were on time, very professional, and cleaned before leaving. "We have had a problem with our main building drain line clogging once a year, every year, since we purchased our home 14 years ago. We had it cleared around Thanksgiving of 2022 and it was again blocked only 2 months later. Fed up, I wanted to understand what the exact problem was, and proceed with fixing it. Tim and I spoke at length and therein I explained the history behind the issue (including experience from rodding the line myself on previous occasions). Tim explained what he thought the problem might be, based on his experience, and discussed various options including firm costs (not the "well, it will cost somewhere between $5 and $50,000" BS). We talked for about 30 minutes whereas conversations with other plumbers usually lasted all of 3 minutes wherein they explained how much it would cost, how they expected to be paid, and when they could come out. Tim showed up promptly at the agreed-upon time with Pedro and the two of them went to work. Without going into details, those two spent approximately 4.5 hours working my issue during which time they mechanically rodded the line 5-6 times, ran a camera into the pipe following each rodding, and then hydro-jetted it twice (might have been three times and they inspected the line using the camera after each hydro-jetting as well). I paid extra for the hyrdo-jet but I knew that they would probably need to resort to this following our phone call and again, I understood going into it exactly what the cost would be. These guys really busted their tails (other plumbers were typically in and out in an hour or less) and from what I could actually see via the camera, Tim and Pedro appeared to fix the problem once and for all. I spent a lot of time with them (as an engineer, I am curious by nature) and I felt like there were times when they could have said "Yeah, good enough" but they would talk and say "yeah, we should really do [this] again." In summary, Tim and Pedro were very professional, VERY hard-working, and extremely thorough, and I received a service that I feel was far in excess of that provided by anyone previously. Tim is the only person that I will call in the future should I need this service again (but I doubt it!). Finally, there were not surprise or escalated costs. Fantastic experience!
