"Clothes drier didn't heat. Over the phone, before she would schedule a service call, Elizabeth went over several possibilities as to why the drier didn't heat, things that we could check ourselves. After trying what she recommended, she scheduled Ben to come by between 11:00 and 1:00; he showed up at 11:20 and did the work. Ben was both professional and personable, very kind and very honest. Fuse needed replacement. Cost was $288.60 plus tax, which is what an internet search suggested it should cost. We're very satisfied and if we ever have any other appliance problems, we'll be calling Ben! Highly, highly recommended."

"Our freezer was not getting cold enough and, over several phone calls, Mark spent time to diagnose and suggest no-cost solutions that we could try. When these didn't work, he scheduled a service call. He gave me a ballpark estimate of when he would come and said he would update me on the day of with a more precise time. He showed up exactly when he said he would and resolved the issue promptly with a fair price. He is one of a kind in the home repair world."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Definitely recommend/hire. I first called Reidt Way Doors in the morning and explained my wood garage door (original that is 30+ years old) had come apart and needed replacing. Richard said he could come by for a look later that afternoon. He was the only door company I called that didn't schedule for next day, week, or beyond. Richard showed up around 5pm and had a look at the door. He said that these doors were well made and I could likely fix the top panel, vs buying a whole new door, as the wood had separated but not fractured. After talking through his recommendation (what exactly to undo to remove the panel) I was impressed and going to go that route. Next thing I know he's poking and prodding on the door and he gets the panel pieces to go back into place on the spot. He attaches a steel brace in two areas to hold the top/bottom together, and the door I thought was going to cost me at least a $grand, is now in perfect working order! He also replaced the springs, as one had broken, which caused the issue to begin with."

It's also how we are able to provide the great service that we and our customers expect while charging rates that are lower than our competition. You will always know and approve the cost of the job before we begin any work. There will never be any surprises when you see our final invoice. Award winning. "After a top notch installation of a new HVAC system by Treat's a few years back, we also invest in annual preventive maintenance. Kat, the technician who provided our PM service today was excellent. She was so thorough and knowledgeable. She really checked things out completely and we have a lot of confidence in the service and attention we received. Thank you."
